Order Processing & Delivery Time

- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Shipping time: 4–6 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 5–8 business days
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at support@davis-dallas.com.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you can still return the item in line with our return policy. Please note that return shipping costs will apply unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered (such as the wrong size or color), please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery at support@davis-dallas.com .

Delivery Delays
