That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return or exchange an item. This policy explains how we handle those situations in a clear and straightforward way.

1. Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period won’t be accepted.
To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, including all original tags and packaging.
2. Return Process
To begin a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@davis-dallas.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return or exchange, and a short explanation of the reason.
- Our support team will review your request and send you the necessary return instructions, including the return address.
- Securely pack the item(s), and include your invoice or a note with your order number.
- Send the package to the address provided.
Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll proceed with your refund or exchange if everything meets our conditions.
3. Refunds
After your return is approved, refunds are issued within 2 business days.
The amount will be sent back using the same payment method used during checkout.
Shipping fees are not refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@davis-dallas.com.
In these cases, we will take full responsibility by covering return shipping and offering either a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
